Smart Palm تطبيق ذكي لإدارة مزارع النخيل من الهاتف — يحوّل إدارة المزرعة من أوراق ودفاتر متفرّقة إلى نظام واحد منظّم يعمل أينما كنت.
ببساطة: كل نخلة في مزرعتك لها «ملف» رقمي، والتطبيق يتابع صحتها وإنتاجها وعمّالها ومصاريفها، ويعطيك صورة واضحة عن وضع مزرعتك في أي لحظة.

سجلّ النخيل
ملف لكل نخلة: الصنف، سنة الزراعة، العمر، الموقع، الحالة الصحية والصور — مع بحث سريع بالرقم. وقائمة الأصناف تنمو باستمرار بمساهمات المستخدمين بعد مراجعة.
الإضافة الجماعية للنخيل
وزّع عشرات النخلات دفعة واحدة على شبكة، بدل إدخالها نخلة نخلة.
التشخيص الذكي (AI)
صوّر النخلة المصابة فيعطيك اسم المرض وشدّته وخطوات العلاج. المعالجة آمنة على الخادم.
التعرّف على التمور (AI)
صوّر التمرة فيتعرّف التطبيق على صنفها. وتقدر تصحّح النتيجة وتساهم في تحسين النظام، ولك أرشيف بمساهماتك — متاح لكل المستخدمين بلا اشتراك. (غير تشخيص أمراض النخلة.)
خريطة المزرعة
ضع كل نخلة بإحداثياتها الفعلية، وتنقّل وافتح أي نخلة مباشرة. وبضغطة، أظهِر اسم الصنف أو رقم النخلة فوق كل علامة على الخريطة.
الإنتاج والتوقّع
سجّل إنتاج كل موسم، وشاهد توقّع الإنتاج موزّعاً حسب الجودة مع تقدير الكمية والقيمة.
المهام والصيانة
أنشئ المهام (تلقيح، تقليم، ري…) وأسندها للعمّال، وتابع تنفيذها خطوة بخطوة.
التقويم الزراعي
خطة سنوية يكتبها المزارع بنفسه: ماذا يفعل في كل شهر ومتى. التقويم للمزارع لا للمزرعة، فما يضيفه ينعكس على كل مزارعه. وكل بند إمّا مهمة تُسند إلى عامل أو تذكير ينبّه المالك وحده — بتفاصيله (اسم السماد، الكمية لكل نخلة، عدد العذوق) تُكتب مرة وتُنسخ في كل توزيع.
توزيع مهام التقويم
يوزّع المالك بند التقويم على عمّاله بنخيله وتفاصيله، فيرى العامل ما هو مطلوب منه بالضبط ويؤكّد التنفيذ بضغطة.
تأكيد نيابةً عن العامل
كثير من العمّال لا يستخدمون التطبيق. يرى المالك العمل منجزاً في المزرعة فيغلق المهمة بنفسه، دون انتظار تأكيد لن يأتي.
سجل العمليات لكل نخلة
تاريخ مفصّل لكل نخلة على حدة: التسميد (أي سماد وكم)، التلقيح (مصدر اللقاح وعدد العذوق)، والحصاد (الكمية والجودة) — لتقارن سنة بسنة وتعرف ما نفع.
مخطط الإنتاج السنوي للنخلة
أعمدة سنوية موزّعة حسب درجة الجودة، مع تمييز صريح بين الكمية الموزونة فعلاً على هذه النخلة والكمية المقدَّرة من سجلّ المزرعة — بلا خلط ولا ادّعاء دقّة لا يملكها.
شبكة التسميد الشهرية
اثنا عشر مربّعاً تُظهر تسميد السنة كلها بنظرة واحدة.
تسعير الحصاد
حدّد سعر البيع للكيلو لكل حصاد، أو خذ سعر الفوعة المُدرَج بضغطة. وتنبّهك بطاقة إن بقي حصاد بلا تسعير.
النخيل المفضّلة
ميّز نخلات للمتابعة القريبة؛ تظهر بعلامة على الخريطة، ويمكن قصر المهام عليها.
تعديل السجلات السابقة
صحّح معلومة أُدخلت خطأً (مصدر اللقاح، عدد العذوق، السماد) بدل إضافة سجلّ ثانٍ يترك الخطأ في التاريخ.
إدارة الفريق
أضِف مشرفين وعمّالاً بكود + كلمة مرور، واربط كل مشرف بعمّاله المحدّدين، وأرشِف من تنتهي خدمته مع حفظ سجلّه.
الرواتب
راتب شهري + تاريخ مباشرة، دفع بضغطة، مكافآت وخصومات وسُلف وسجلّ مفصّل.
وثائق وإجازات العامل
حفظ الوثائق مع تنبيه قرب انتهاء الصلاحية، وتسجيل الإجازات وأيامها.
الإدارة المالية
الإيرادات ومصادرها، المصاريف والأصول، مصاريف متكرّرة، احتساب الإهلاك، إرفاق الفواتير، وملخّص مالي عبر عدّة مزارع.
التنبيهات
تنبيهات بنود التقويم والمهام والتذكيرات تصل إلى هاتفك في موعدها حتى والتطبيق مغلق، وتظهر في صفحة التنبيهات — وكل مستخدم يستلمها بلغته (عربي/إنجليزي/أردو).
دخول مرن
بريد، أو Google، أو Apple لأصحاب المزارع — وكود + كلمة مرور للعمّال.
حفظ سحابي آمن
بياناتك محفوظة سحابياً لكل مزرعة على حدة — لا فقدان عند تغيير الهاتف.
يعمل دون إنترنت
سجّل النخلة أو الشبكة والاتصال مقطوع، ويرفعها التطبيق تلقائياً حين يعود الإنترنت — مهمّ لمن لا تصله شبكة في المزرعة.
تقرير المزرعة
اختر المزرعة والسنة فيخرج تقرير جاهز: إجمالي النخيل وعدده تحت كل صنف، الحالة الصحية، إنتاج السنوات الماضية، متوسط الكيلوغرامات للنخلة المنتجة، والقيمة التقديرية. بصيغة PDF منسّقة تصلح لتقديمها في المسابقات، أو Excel إن أردت الأرقام لتعمل عليها.
استيراد البيانات
عندك سجل نخيل أو دفتر مصاريف خارج التطبيق؟ نزّل ملف القالب — يأتيك معبّأً ببياناتك الحالية — عدّله في Excel ثم ارفعه. وقبل أن يُكتب شيء يعرض لك التطبيق معاينة: كم صفاً سيُحدَّث وكم سيُضاف وأي صف فيه مشكلة. والخانة الفارغة تعني «اترك هذا كما هو» لا «امسحه».

Palm Registry
A file for each palm: variety, planting year, age, location, health status and photos — with quick search by number. The variety list keeps growing through reviewed user contributions.
Bulk Palm Add
Place dozens of palms at once on a grid, instead of entering them one by one.
AI Diagnosis
Photograph an affected palm and get the disease name, severity, and treatment steps. Processing is securely server-side.
Date Recognition (AI)
Photograph a date and the app identifies its variety. You can correct the result and help improve the system, with an archive of your contributions — available to everyone, no subscription. (Different from palm-disease diagnosis.)
Farm Map
Place each palm at its real coordinates, navigate, and open any palm straight from the map. With one tap, show the variety name or palm number over every marker.
Production & Forecast
Log each season's production and see a forecast split by quality, with estimated quantity and value.
Tasks & Maintenance
Create tasks (pollination, pruning, irrigation…), assign them to workers, and follow their execution step by step.
Agricultural Calendar
An annual plan the farmer writes themselves: what to do each month, and when. The calendar belongs to the farmer, not the farm, so what you add reflects across all your farms. Each item is either a task assigned to a worker or a reminder for the owner alone — with its details (fertilizer name, quantity per palm, number of bunches) written once and copied into every distribution.

The owner distributes a calendar item to their workers with the palms and details, and each worker sees exactly what's required and confirms with a tap.
Confirm for the Worker
Many workers don't use the app. The owner sees the work done in the field and closes the task themselves — without waiting for a confirmation that won't come.
Per-Palm Operations Log
A detailed history for each individual palm: fertilization (which fertilizer and how much), pollination (pollen source and number of bunches), and harvest (quantity and quality) — so you compare year to year and know what worked.
Per-Palm Production Chart
Yearly bars split by quality grade, with an explicit distinction between the quantity actually weighed on this palm and the quantity estimated from the farm's records — no mixing, no false claim of accuracy.
Monthly Fertilization Grid
Twelve squares show the whole year's fertilization at a glance.
Harvest Pricing
Set the sale price per kilo for each harvest, or take the listed market price in one tap. A card alerts you if any harvest is left unpriced.
Favorite Palms

Data Import
Have a palm log or an expense book outside the app? Download the template file — it arrives pre-filled with your current data — edit it in Excel, then upload. Before anything is written, the app shows you a preview: how many rows will be updated, how many added, and any row with a problem. An empty cell means "leave this as is," not "erase it."
