قبل أن تبدأ

نأسف لرحيلك. قبل حذف حسابك، نوصي بمراجعة ما يلي:

مهلة 30 يوماً قابلة للتراجع. عند طلب الحذف، يُجدوَل حسابك للحذف بعد 30 يوماً، ويمكنك التراجع خلالها بمجرد تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى. بعد انقضاء المهلة تُحذف جميع بياناتك نهائياً من خوادمنا ولا يمكن استرجاعها. إذا كنت بحاجة لنسخ بياناتك أولاً، تواصل مع support@smartloop.tech قبل المتابعة.

الطريقة 1 — من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

افتح تطبيق Smart Palm وسجّل الدخول.
اضغط على أيقونة القائمة أو الإعدادات.
اختر "البروفايل" أو "حسابي".
مرّر للأسفل واضغط على "حذف الحساب".
أكّد قرارك في النافذتين المتتاليتين.

سيُسجَّل خروجك مباشرة ويُجدوَل الحساب للحذف بعد 30 يوماً. لإلغاء الطلب خلال المهلة: سجّل الدخول مرة أخرى بنفس الحساب.

الطريقة 2 — عبر البريد الإلكتروني

إن لم تستطع الوصول للتطبيق، أرسل بريداً من عنوان البريد المسجّل في حسابك إلى:

support@smartloop.tech

اكتب في الموضوع: "Account Deletion Request". سيقوم فريق الدعم بمعالجة الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل.

ما الذي يتم حذفه؟

يُحذف بشكل دائم:

معلومات الحساب (البريد، اسم المستخدم، كلمة المرور)
جميع المزارع والنخيل المرتبطة بحسابك
سجلات الإنتاج والمحاصيل
المهام والجداول الزمنية
صور النخيل والتشخيصات
عضويات الفريق (إن كنت صاحب مزرعة، فريقك يفقد الوصول)
سجلات الإشعارات والتنبيهات
تفضيلات اللغة والإعدادات

ملاحظة عن الاشتراك

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك المدفوع في Google Play أو App Store تلقائياً. لإلغاء الاشتراك يجب الذهاب إلى إعدادات المتجر قبل أو بعد حذف الحساب. المزيد في الأسئلة الشائعة.

ما الذي يُحتفظ به؟

لأسباب قانونية ومحاسبية، قد نحتفظ بـ:

سجلات المعاملات المالية (الفواتير) لفترة لا تتجاوز ما يقتضيه القانون.
سجلات النشاط المجهولة الهوية (anonymized) لأغراض تحسين الخدمة.

لا تحتوي هذه السجلات على معلومات تعريفية شخصية بعد حذف الحساب.

Delete your Smart Palm account

30-day reversible grace period — then permanent

Before you start

We're sorry to see you go. Before deleting your account, please review the following:

30-day reversible grace period. When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days, and you can cancel during that window simply by signing in again. After the grace period, all your data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. If you need to back up your data first, contact support@smartloop.tech before proceeding.

Method 1 — From inside the app (fastest)

Open the Smart Palm app and sign in.
Tap the menu or settings icon.
Select "Profile" or "My Account".
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm in the two successive dialogs.

You'll be signed out immediately and the account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. To cancel within the grace period: sign in again with the same account.

Method 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address registered to your account to:

support@smartloop.tech

Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request". Our support team will process the request within 7 business days.

What gets deleted?

Permanently removed:

Account information (email, username, password)
All farms and palms linked to your account
Production and harvest records
Tasks and schedules
Palm photos and diagnoses
Team memberships (if you own a farm, your team loses access)
Notification history and alerts
Language preferences and settings

Subscription note

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription in Google Play or the App Store. To cancel the subscription, go to your store's settings before or after deleting the account. More in the FAQ.

What is kept?

For legal and accounting reasons, we may retain:

Transaction records (invoices) for a period required by law.
Anonymized activity logs used to improve the service.

These records do not contain personally identifying information after account deletion.
