باستخدامك تطبيق سمارت منزل (الذي تشغّله شركة SmartLoop) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. الخدمة
سمارت منزل أداة لمساعدة الأسر على تنظيم شؤون العمالة المنزلية بعد التوظيف (رواتب، سلف، وثائق، إجازات، مهام، وجبات، مشتريات). التطبيق أداة تنظيمية ومساعدة، ولا يُعدّ استشارة قانونية، ولا يُغني عن التزامك بالأنظمة المعمول بها.
2. الحساب
- يلزم إنشاء حساب ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة سر؛ أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن كل النشاط على حسابك.
- يجب أن تكون مؤهلاً قانوناً (18 عاماً فأكثر) ومخوّلاً بإدارة بيانات من تُدخلهم.
- حساب العامل: عند تفعيله تمنح العامل دخولاً محدوداً لعرض بياناته الخاصة فقط؛ أنت مسؤول عن دقة ما تشاركه.
3. مسؤولية المحتوى والامتثال القانوني
- أنت المسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تُدخلها وعن وجود أساس قانوني لمعالجة بيانات العامل.
- التذكيرات والحسابات (الإجازات، انتهاء الوثائق، مكافأة نهاية الخدمة...) مساعِدة وتقريبية، والمسؤولية النهائية عن الالتزام بقانون العمالة المساعدة (مرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 9 لسنة 2022) وغيره تقع عليك.
- تلتزم باحترام حقوق العامل وكرامته، وبعدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض مخالف للقانون.
4. الاشتراك (بريميوم)
- يوفّر التطبيق باقة مجانية وباقة بريميوم مدفوعة.
- الأسعار: الشهري 10 دراهم، السنوي 96 درهماً (≈8 درهم/شهر — يوفّر قيمة شهرين). الأسعار قابلة للتغيير؛ يظهر السعر الفعلي في المتجر.
- تجربة مجانية: 7 أيام على الاشتراك الأول (لمرة واحدة لكل حساب متجر).
- التجديد التلقائي: يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تُلغِه قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية المدة. تُدار الفوترة والإلغاء عبر متجر Apple/Google من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
- الاسترداد: يخضع لسياسات المتجر؛ نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات مباشرةً.
- عند انتهاء الاشتراك: تُقفل ميزات بريميوم وتبقى بياناتك محفوظة دون حذف، وتُعاد تلقائياً عند التجديد. تسمح الباقة المجانية بعامل نشط واحد.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع: إساءة استخدام الخدمة، محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به، الهندسة العكسية، أو إدخال بيانات غير قانونية. نحتفظ بحق تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وعلامته وتصميمه ومحتواه مملوكة لشركة SmartLoop. تُمنح ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية المشروعة.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمّل — إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون — أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن قرارات اتُّخذت اعتماداً على التذكيرات أو الحسابات داخل التطبيق. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ المدفوع للاشتراك خلال آخر 12 شهراً.
8. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات. ويحقّ لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
9. التعديلات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبول التعديلات.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع.

By using the Smart Manzil app (operated by SmartLoop) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Smart Manzil helps families organize domestic-worker matters after hiring (salaries, advances, documents, leaves, tasks, meals, shopping). The app is an organizational aid and is not legal advice, and does not replace your obligation to comply with applicable regulations.
2. Account
- An account with an email and password is required; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must be legally eligible (18+) and authorized to manage the data of the people you enter.
- Worker login: when enabled, you grant the worker limited access to view only their own data; you are responsible for the accuracy of what you share.
3. Content responsibility and legal compliance
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having a lawful basis to process worker data.
- Reminders and calculations (leaves, document expiry, end-of-service, etc.) are assistive and approximate; ultimate responsibility for compliance with the domestic-workers law (UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2022) and others rests with you.
- You agree to respect the worker's rights and dignity and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscription (Premium)
- The app offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan.
- Pricing: monthly 10 AED, annual 96 AED (≈ 8 AED/month — equivalent to 2 free months). Prices are subject to change; the actual price is shown in the store.
- Free trial: 7 days on the first subscription (once per store account).
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Billing and cancellation are managed via the Apple/Google store from your store account settings.
- Refunds: governed by store policies; we do not process payments directly.
- On expiry: Premium features lock and your data is preserved (never deleted), reactivating automatically on renewal. The Free plan allows one active worker.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited: misusing the service, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or entering unlawful data. We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, design, and content are owned by SmartLoop. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for decisions made in reliance on in-app reminders or calculations. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access upon violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms and will post the updated version here. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
