باستخدامك لموقع smartloop.tech فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. هذه الشروط تخص الموقع نفسه فقط؛ كل منتج من منتجاتنا — مثل Smart Palm — له شروط استخدام منفصلة.
طبيعة المحتوى
المعلومات المنشورة على الموقع لأغراض تعريفية بالشركة ومنتجاتها. نبذل عناية معقولة لإبقاء المحتوى دقيقاً ومحدّثاً، لكننا لا نضمن خلوّه من أخطاء أو تقادم بعض المعلومات.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع العناصر المعروضة على الموقع — بما فيها الاسم التجاري "SmartLoop"، والشعارات، والنصوص، والتصاميم، والصور، والكود — مملوكة لـ SmartLoop Technology أو مرخّصة لها. لا يجوز:
- نسخ أو إعادة نشر المحتوى تجارياً دون إذن كتابي.
- استخدام شعاراتنا أو أسماء منتجاتنا للإيحاء بشراكة أو تأييد غير قائم.
- عمل reverse engineering أو هندسة عكسية لأي جزء من الموقع.
الاستخدام الشخصي وغير التجاري للاطلاع مسموح به طبعاً.
روابط خارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع طرف ثالث (متاجر التطبيقات، شبكات اجتماعية، إلخ). نحن لا نتحكم بمحتوى هذه المواقع ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية ممارساتها أو سياساتها.
حدود المسؤولية
الموقع يُقدَّم "كما هو". ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمّل SmartLoop Technology مسؤولية:
- أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاعتماد على معلومات في الموقع.
- انقطاع مؤقت في الخدمة أو أخطاء تقنية.
- محتوى أي موقع خارجي مرتبط من خلال الموقع.
المسؤولية المتعلقة بمنتجاتنا تُحكَم بشروط الاستخدام الخاصة بكل منتج، لا بهذه الشروط العامة.
الاستخدامات الممنوعة
لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو لمحاولة:
- تعطيل الموقع أو إساءة استخدام موارده.
- الوصول لأجزاء غير عامة من البنية التحتية.
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو ضارّة عبر نماذج التواصل.
تعديلات على الشروط
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. التعديلات تُنشر في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". استمرار استخدامك للموقع بعد التعديل يعني قبولك للنسخة المحدّثة.
القانون المُطبَّق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في إمارة دبي ما لم يُتَّفق على غير ذلك.

Nature of content
Information on this site is for informational purposes about our company and products. We take reasonable care to keep content accurate and current, but make no warranty that it is free of errors or that nothing has become outdated.
Intellectual property
All elements displayed on the site — including the "SmartLoop" trade name, logos, text, designs, images, and code — are owned by or licensed to SmartLoop Technology. You may not:
- Copy or republish the content commercially without written permission.
- Use our logos or product names to imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
- Reverse engineer any part of the site.
Personal, non-commercial browsing is, of course, allowed.
External links
The site may link to third-party sites (app stores, social networks, etc.). We do not control those sites and bear no responsibility for their practices or policies.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SmartLoop Technology is not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on information on the site.
- Temporary service interruptions or technical errors.
- Content of any external site linked from this site.
Liability related to our products is governed by each product's own terms — not these general terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to:
