باستخدامك تطبيق حلالي (الذي تشغّله شركة SmartLoop Technology L.L.C S.P.C في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. الخدمة
حلالي أداة لمساعدة مربّي الغنم والماعز على تنظيم قطيعهم: الرؤوس والشبوك، والولادات، والتحصين والعلاج، ومعادلات العلف ومخزونه، ومالية المزرعة، وسجل الأحداث. التطبيق أداة تنظيم وحساب، ولا يُعدّ استشارة بيطرية أو غذائية أو مالية، ولا يُغني عن الطبيب البيطري ولا عن السجلات الرسمية التي تطلبها الجهات المختصة في بلدك.
2. الحساب
يلزم إنشاء حساب (ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور مع رمز تأكيد، أو بحساب Apple)؛ وأنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط على حسابك.
يجب أن تكون أهلاً قانوناً لإبرام هذا الاتفاق.
دخول الراعي: صاحب الحلال هو من ينشئ رمز الراعي وكلمة مروره ويرسلهما له، وهو المسؤول عن مشاركتهما بأمان، وعن إيقاف الدخول أو إزالته حين يلزم.
الشريك والبيطري: حين تدعو أحداً إلى مزرعتك فأنت تمنحه الوصول إلى بياناتها بحسب دوره؛ فادعُ من تثق به فقط.
3. بياناتك ومسؤوليتك عنها
بيانات مزرعتك ملكك. وأنت المسؤول عن صحة ما تُدخله، بما في ذلك البيانات البيطرية (اللقاحات والأدوية والجرعات وتواريخها) وبيانات العلف (المعادلات والجرامات والكميات والأسعار).
يعرض التطبيق ما تُدخله ويحسب منه: احتياج العلف، وكم يكفي المخزون، والتنبيهات، والربح، وموعد تعادل المشروع. هذه الحسابات تقديرية، ودقتها من دقة البيانات المُدخلة، ولا يتحقق التطبيق من صحتها.
قرارات صحة الحيوان وتحصينه وعلاجه وتغذيته، ومنها فترات السحب قبل البيع أو الذبح، لك وللطبيب البيطري، لا للتطبيق.
تلتزم بالأنظمة المعمول بها في بلدك لتسجيل الحيوانات وتحصينها وبيعها والرفق بها، وبعدم استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض مخالف للقانون.
4. الباقات والاشتراك
المجانية: حتى 30 رأساً ومستخدم واحد.
الاشتراك: 100 بعملة بلد المزرعة في السنة: رؤوس بلا حد، ومستخدمان (صاحب الحلال وراعٍ أو شريك).
لا مشتريات داخل التطبيق: لا يبيع التطبيق شيئاً ولا يأخذ بيانات دفع. يُفعَّل الاشتراك من طرف الشركة حين تطلبه على support@smartloop.tech، ونتفق معك على طريقة الدفع وشروطه عند الطلب. ويظهر في التطبيق تاريخ انتهاء الاشتراك.
عند انتهاء الاشتراك دون تجديد: تعود المزرعة إلى حدود الباقة المجانية، وتبقى بياناتها كلها محفوظة، لكن لا يُضاف رأس أو عضو فوق تلك الحدود.
قد تتغيّر الأسعار والحدود مستقبلاً، ولا يسري التغيير على مدة اشتراك دُفعت قبله.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع: إساءة استخدام الخدمة، أو محاولة الوصول إلى مزرعة لست عضواً فيها، أو الهندسة العكسية، أو إدخال بيانات غير قانونية. نحتفظ بحق تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.
6. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وعلامته وتصميمه ومحتواه مملوكة لشركة SmartLoop. تُمنح ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لإدارة قطيعك. أما بيانات مزرعتك فتبقى ملكك.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمّل — إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون — أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا ما ينتج عن قرارات اتُّخذت اعتماداً على البيانات أو الحسابات أو التنبيهات داخل التطبيق، كمرض الحيوان أو نفوقه أو نقص العلف أو الخسارة المالية. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته للاشتراك خلال آخر 12 شهراً.
8. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من المزيد ← حسابي ← حذف حسابي؛ يُحذف بعد 30 يوماً ويمكنك إلغاء الحذف خلالها (طريقة حذف الحساب وما يُحذف). ويحقّ لنا تعليق الوصول أو إنهاؤه عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
9. التعديلات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة هنا مع تعديل تاريخ السريان. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبول التعديلات.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في إمارة أبوظبي ما لم يُتَّفق على غير ذلك.

By using the Halali app (operated by SmartLoop Technology L.L.C S.P.C in the United Arab Emirates) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Halali helps sheep and goat breeders organize their flock: heads and pens, births, vaccinations and treatments, feed formulas and feed stock, farm finances, and the event log. The app is an organizing and calculating tool and is not veterinary, nutritional or financial advice. It does not replace a veterinarian, nor the official records your country's authorities require.
2. Account
An account is required (email and password with a confirmation code, or an Apple account); you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity on your account.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Shepherd logins: the farm owner creates the shepherd's code and password and sends them to the shepherd, and is responsible for sharing them safely and for blocking or removing the login when needed.
Partners and vets: when you invite someone to your farm, you give them access to its data according to their role; invite only people you trust.
3. Your data and your responsibility for it
Your farm data is yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including veterinary data (vaccines, medicines, doses and their dates) and feed data (formulas, grams, quantities and prices).
The app shows what you enter and calculates from it: feed needs, how long stock will last, alerts, profit, and break-even. These calculations are estimates, only as accurate as the data entered, and the app does not verify that data.
Decisions on animal health, vaccination, treatment and feeding, including withdrawal periods before sale or slaughter, are yours and your veterinarian's, not the app's.
You agree to follow your country's rules on registering, vaccinating, selling and caring for animals, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
4. Plans and the paid plan
Free: up to 30 heads and one user.
Paid: 100 in the farm's local currency per year: unlimited heads and two users (the owner and a shepherd or partner).
No in-app purchases: the app sells nothing and takes no payment details. The paid plan is activated by the Company when you request it at support@smartloop.tech, and we agree the payment method and terms with you at that time. The app shows the date the paid plan ends.
If the paid plan ends without renewal: the farm returns to the Free plan's limits. All its data is kept, but no head or member can be added beyond those limits.
Prices and limits may change in future; a change does not apply to a period already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited: misusing the service, attempting to access a farm you are not a member of, reverse engineering, or entering unlawful data. We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, design and content are owned by SmartLoop. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app to manage your flock. Your farm data remains yours.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the results of decisions made in reliance on data, calculations or alerts in the app, such as an animal's illness or death, a feed shortage, or a financial loss. Our total liability shall not exceed what you paid for the paid plan in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from More › My account › Delete my account; it is deleted after 30 days and you can cancel during that time (how to delete your account and what is deleted). We may suspend or terminate access upon violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be referred to the competent courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi unless otherwise agreed.
