Your account is permanently deleted 30 days after you ask, and you can change your mind until then.

الحذف مجدول ثم نهائي. حين تطلب حذف حسابك يُجدوَل لحذفه نهائياً بعد 30 يوماً. خلال هذه المدة يمكنك الدخول وإلغاء الحذف بضغطة. وبعدها يُحذف حسابك ومعه كل مزرعة أنت مالكها الوحيد بكل بياناتها، ولا يمكن استرجاع شيء.
قبل أن تبدأ
المزارع التي تملكها وحدك ستُحذف معك بكل رؤوسها وسجلها وماليتها ودخول رعاتها. إن كانت المزرعة ستستمر مع شخص آخر، فراسلنا قبل طلب الحذف.
احتفظ بما تحتاجه: لا يمكن استرجاع شيء بعد الحذف النهائي. إن احتجت نسخة من بيانات مزرعتك فراسلنا قبل الحذف.
لا اشتراك في المتجر لتلغيه: التطبيق لا يبيع شيئاً داخله، وحذف المزرعة يُنهي اشتراكها إن كانت مشتركة.
اكتب في الموضوع: "Halali Account Deletion Request". سيردّ عليك فريق الدعم لتأكيد الطلب، ثم نُتمّ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من وصوله، وبالقواعد نفسها المذكورة أدناه.
إن دخلت بحساب Apple مع إخفاء بريدك، فراسلنا من أي عنوان، وسنتحقق من هويتك قبل الحذف.
ما الذي يُحذف؟
عند الحذف النهائي يُحذف:
معلومات حسابك: البريد الإلكتروني، والاسم، وبيانات الدخول (ومنها ربط حساب Apple إن استعملته).
كل مزرعة أنت مالكها الوحيد، بكل بياناتها: الرؤوس وتاريخها، والشبوك، وسجل الأحداث (الولادات والتحصين والعلاج والبيع والنفوق)، ومعادلات الأكل وحركات العلف، والمصاريف والإيرادات والدعم، وإعدادات المزرعة، والأعضاء والدعوات.
حسابات دخول الرعاة في تلك المزارع.
عضويتك في المزارع الأخرى التي انضممت إليها.
ما الذي يبقى؟
المزرعة التي لها مالك آخر تبقى ببياناتها كلها، ومنها ما سجّلته أنت فيها، دون أن يبقى مرتبطاً بحسابك. تخرج منها أنت وحدك.
نسخ في النسخ الاحتياطية الدورية للبنية السحابية، تبقى مدة محدودة ثم تُستبدل تلقائياً.
رسائلك مع فريق الدعم إن راسلتنا، ونحذفها عند طلبك.
ما تحتفظ به Apple إن دخلت بحسابها، وتحكمه سياستها؛ ويمكنك إيقاف استخدام حساب Apple مع التطبيق من إعدادات حسابك لدى Apple.
الشريك والبيطري والراعي
الشريك والبيطري: تحذف حسابك بالطريقة نفسها، فتخرج من المزارع التي انضممت إليها، وتبقى المزرعة وبياناتها لدى مالكها.
الراعي: ليس لحسابه بريد؛ يزيل صاحب الحلال دخوله من المزيد ← المستخدمون والرعاة فيُحذف حساب الدخول نهائياً، وتبقى الأحداث التي سجّلها في سجل المزرعة. ويمكن للراعي أيضاً طلب الحذف بنفسه من المزيد ← حسابي ← حذف حسابي.
Deletion is scheduled, then permanent. When you ask to delete your account, it is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later. During that time you can sign in and cancel with one tap. After that, your account is deleted together with every farm where you are the only owner, with all of its data, and nothing can be recovered.
Before you start
Farms you own alone are deleted with you, with all their heads, records, finances and shepherd logins. If the farm is meant to carry on with someone else, email us before you request deletion.
Keep what you need: nothing can be recovered after the permanent deletion. If you need a copy of your farm's data, email us before you delete.
No store subscription to cancel: the app sells nothing inside it, and deleting a farm ends its paid plan if it has one.
Method 1 — From inside the app (fastest)
Open the Halali app and sign in to your account.
Tap the "More" (المزيد) tab in the bottom bar.
Tap "My account" (حسابي).
Tap "Delete my account" (حذف حسابي) at the bottom of the panel.
Read the warning (it names the farms that will be deleted with you) and tap "Delete my account" to confirm.
Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days, and the deletion date is shown at the top of the "Today" screen and in "My account".
Cancelling within 30 days
Sign in to your account, then tap "Cancel deletion" (إلغاء الحذف) in More › My account, or in the notice at the top of the "Today" screen. Your account goes back to how it was, and nothing is deleted.
Method 2 — By email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address registered to your account to:
Use the subject: "Halali Account Deletion Request". Our support team will reply to confirm the request, then complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving it, under the same rules described below.
If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, write from any address and we will verify you before deleting.
What gets deleted?
At the permanent deletion, the following is removed:
Your account information: email address, name and sign-in details (including the link to your Apple account, if you used one).
Every farm where you are the only owner, with all its data: heads and their history, pens, the event log (births, vaccinations, treatments, sales and deaths), feed formulas and feed movements, expenses, income and support, farm settings, and members and invitations.
The shepherd logins of those farms.
Your membership of any other farm you joined.
What is kept?
A farm that has another owner keeps all its data, including what you recorded in it, no longer linked to your account. Only you leave it.
Copies in the cloud infrastructure's routine backups, kept for a limited time and then overwritten automatically.
Your messages with our support team, if you wrote to us; we delete them on request.
What Apple keeps if you signed in with Apple, under Apple's own policy; you can stop using your Apple account with the app from your Apple account settings.
Partners, vets and shepherds
Partner or vet: delete your account the same way; you leave the farms you joined, and each farm and its data stay with its owner.
Shepherd: a shepherd account has no email. The farm owner removes the login from More › Users and shepherds (المزيد ← المستخدمون والرعاة), which permanently deletes it; the events the shepherd recorded stay in the farm's log. A shepherd can also request deletion themselves from More › My account › Delete my account.
