How we handle your data when you visit SmartLoop Technology or get in touch with us.

هذه السياسة تخص موقع smartloop.tech وعلاقتنا بزوار الموقع وعملائنا المحتملين. لكل منتج من منتجاتنا — مثل Smart Palm — سياسة خصوصية منفصلة خاصة به.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
نحاول جمع أقل قدر ممكن من المعلومات، ونقتصر على ما يلزم فعلاً لتشغيل الموقع وتقديم الردود:
- رسائل التواصل: حين ترسل لنا عبر نموذج التواصل أو البريد، نحتفظ بـ: الاسم، البريد، المحتوى، وتاريخ الإرسال — لمدة الحاجة للرد ومتابعة الطلب.
- بيانات الاستخدام: نستخدم تحليلات بسيطة لمعرفة الصفحات الأكثر زيارة ومصدر الزيارات. لا نستخدم تتبعاً إعلانياً ولا نبيع البيانات.
- الكوكيز: نستخدم كوكيز تقنية ضرورية فقط (مثل تذكّر اللغة المختارة). لا توجد كوكيز تتبّع طرف ثالث.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- الرد على رسائلك ومتابعة الاستفسارات.
- تحسين محتوى الموقع وتجربة الزائر.
- إرسال تحديثات أو إعلانات عن منتجاتنا — فقط إذا اشتركت طوعاً.
مع مَن نشارك البيانات
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. الاستثناءات الوحيدة:
- مزوّدو البنية التحتية الذين نعتمد عليهم (الاستضافة، البريد) ضمن حدود اتفاقياتهم الخاصة بالخصوصية.
- إن طلبت جهة قضائية مختصة ذلك بشكل قانوني.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ برسائل التواصل لمدة لا تزيد عن 24 شهراً من آخر تفاعل، ما لم تكن البيانات مرتبطة بعلاقة عمل قائمة.
حقوقك
لك في أي وقت:
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك التي بحوزتنا.
- طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها.
- الانسحاب من قائمتنا البريدية إن كنت مشتركاً.

تعديلات على السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنُحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة. التعديلات الجوهرية ستُعلَن في الصفحة الرئيسية لفترة معقولة.

This policy covers the smartloop.tech website and our relationship with visitors and prospective customers. Each of our products — such as Smart Palm — has its own separate privacy policy.
Information we collect
We collect as little as we can, and only what is genuinely needed to run the site and respond to inquiries:
- Contact messages: when you write to us via the contact form or email, we keep your name, email, message, and date — for as long as we need to handle the request.
- Usage data: we use basic analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. We do not run ad tracking and do not sell data.
- Cookies: we use only necessary technical cookies (e.g., remembering your selected language). No third-party tracking cookies.
How we use your data
- To respond to your messages and follow up on inquiries.
- To improve site content and visitor experience.
- To send updates or product announcements — only if you have explicitly opted in.
Who we share data with
We do not share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. The only exceptions are:
- Infrastructure providers we rely on (hosting, email) under their own privacy terms.
- Where lawfully required by a competent authority.
Data retention
We keep contact messages for no longer than 24 months from your last interaction, unless tied to an active business relationship.
Your rights
At any time you may:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from our mailing list if you joined one.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for a reasonable period.
